Homegrown Dream

Born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Michael Crow has been perfecting his culinary arts, including flawlessly smoking meats for over 25 years. Leaving their successful careers in construction, Michael, his wife Rachel, with their daughter Willow, moved to Arcadia in 2019 to start a small farm and pursue their dream. With a lot of hard work and elbow grease Michael built his first food truck with an attached smoker in 2020.  During this time Rachel spent long nights working on certifications, licensing, research, marketing and connecting with potential clients to book future events. In early 2023, they upgraded and built out a larger rig which they work out of today. Over the years they have built a staff and created effective systems that has allowed them to become one of the most sought-out caterers in the state. Starting in May 2025, the team expanded thier business to include Western NC and TN to be closer to family in the mountains. Together the team continues their homegrown business of serving delicious food and providing client-centric services while caring for their little farms and beautiful young daughter.
